Annual Boiler Servicing
A boiler should be serviced annually to ensure it is operating safely, efficiently, and in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations. During a service, the engineer Cleans out components, checks for gas leaks, signs of wear, correct combustion, and any faults that could lead to breakdowns or safety risks, such as carbon monoxide. Regular servicing also helps maintain the boiler's efficiency, can extend its lifespan, and is often required to keep the manufacturer's warranty valid.

Unvented Cylinders
An unvented hot water cylinder stores mains-pressure hot water, providing strong and consistent water flow to showers and taps throughout your home. Unlike a traditional vented system, it does not require a cold water storage tank in the loft, helping to save space while delivering improved performance. Because unvented cylinders operate under pressure, they must be installed and serviced by a qualified engineer to ensure they remain safe and compliant with current regulations
Power Flushing
A power flush is a deep clean of your central heating system that uses specialised equipment to remove sludge, rust, and other debris from your radiators and pipework. This helps restore proper circulation, allowing radiators to heat up more evenly, improving energy efficiency, and reducing strain on your boiler and heating components. A power flush can also help prevent future breakdowns, extend the lifespan of your heating system, and improve overall performance.

Landlord Gas Safety Inspection
(CP12 Certificate)
Landlords are legally required to have all gas appliances, pipework, and flues in their rental property inspected every 12 months by a Gas Safe registered engineer. A landlord gas safety inspection ensures that gas appliances are operating safely, helping to protect tenants from risks such as gas leaks and carbon monoxide. Once the inspection is complete, a Gas Safety Certificate (CP12) is issued, providing confirmation that the property meets the required legal safety standards.
